Jory had missed Ronnie's shout for him the first time around. Why? Because he had been sleeping. This week had been more tiring for him due to training and patrolling in Diagon Alley. He hadn't even known how long he had been asleep for but he suddenly jerked awake when he heard his girlfriend's voice calling.
"In here, Ronnie,'' he called as he sat up from the couch. He grabbed the TV's remote and switched off the TV. "You're back already? Or was I asleep for a long time?" He shook his head as if attempting to shake the sleep from his eyes. "You need any help?" |
