Molly and Arthur
“Hello everyone, welcome back to charms! I hope you all practiced Wingardium Leviosa with your feathers over the week! Today we are going to be practicing our want lighting charms! Does anyone know what the incantation is?”
A few people looked around, hesitant to raise their hand.
“Yes, Miss. Prewett?” the Professor asked, calling on Molly.
“It’s Lumos, Professor.”
“Ten points for Gryffindor! Everyone raise your wands to the ceiling. I don’t want to be blinded! Everyone after me please, LUMOS,” he said, swirling his wand towards the ceiling where a nice beam of light was conjured from the tip.
The class practiced, and there was a dim lighting from the collective wands.
“I want you to find a spot in the classroom to practice, either towards the floor or ceiling, and I’m going to come around and make sure everyone is doing it correctly.”
Arthur, situated near Molly, wasn’t practicing. He was watching Molly. Her hand movement looked so precise, and her light was brighter than any other in the room.
“You’re good at that,” he said, coming up behind her.
Molly turned around, cheeks pink, smiled and said, “Th-thank you Arthur. Can I see you do it?”
