Kace was glad he could see Lux was sensitive and sometimes if he was joking, she may take seriously. "Yeah so be careful what you say around her but I don't think you want an angry Cinna on your hands or a punch to the face.." he grinned and tried not to laugh. His memory of Braedon getting punched to the face was always gonna be fresh in his mind.
Alright so by the sound of Zander's tone, Kace nodded and he didn't seem to want advice. "You knoww whatt you probably don't need my advice on second thought..." he said and saw by his body reaction he was uncomfortable. "How about we just grab a few bites and do something fun yeah?" he asked helping out his fellow lion. "I mean I can teach you how to do some art or skateboard some more if you would like to do something active?" he suggested. That is what he like to do if he had a lot on his mind. He heard him saying he could see Cinna and he chuckled. "Yeah well he had it coming anyways.." he shrugged. "Come on mate let's stop sulking and enjoy the beautiful day.." he pushed his friend. "Or we can go to the Weasley Swamp area?" he suggested.
The Gryffindor nodded slowly. Yeah he'd rather not make Lux cry... Again... For the third time now? Or was it fourth? He kind of lost track. Uh, oops? They were all unintentional though!! He was Zander Adair, he didn't really go out with the intention of making people cry. He'd leave that sort of thing to Kevin. Anyways, he only nodded to what Kace was saying, opting not to continue that bit of the conversation any further. He knew how protective Cinna got. There was no point in disputing that.
He took a sip of his tea now that it had cooled down a bit, before looking back up at Kace again and giving the older boy a small shrug. Yeah, really he felt like no matter how much advice people tried to give him on the situation, he didn't really want to take it. He had to make the move on his own accord, not because someone told him to. Especially not because Cinna told him too. Besides, it probably come off better if it were his own idea too, something about being more genuine or what not? So he was pretty grateful when Kace decided not to push. That's what the Gryffindor liked about the Badger. He knew just when to stop poking. "Oh, okay!" The Gryffindor suddenly found himself smiling a little, couldn't help being excited about getting to practice skate boarding some more. He really needed some work. Ahem. "Could we try more of the skateboarding stuff?!"
