87. Staircase
Passers-by could tell at one glance that Amy did not truly belong in the group of first-years making its way up the staircase. She was taller than most of them and looked older too, a distinction that rarely happened with same aged people. She walked at the back of the group, which did not stop the curious glances coming from the younger students.
That was when the staircase started moving with a shudder. Three dozen hands shot for the handrails, while a couple of first-years fell down. Amy, who had managed to keep her balance, rushed to help them up.
