Noel really DIDN'T understand where she was going with this which was made clear the more that he spoke. Maddie simply listened intently, eyes on his. She wasn't going to argue her point anymore than she already had. They simply had different views on the subject, HERS being the RIGHT one.

"WELL, I guess YOU can go about kissing YOUR way and I'LL go about it MINE. We can compare notes later, yeah? See who had the better time." Seemed like the only logical way to sort this out. That and she wasn't throwing away her plans because Wallace had a problem with them. She just wasn't.

See? He was curious. It was only natural. Maddie smirked then, satisfied. Seemed maybe they would get to compare notes and sooner than later.
