Ooh, so she was partially right. Interesting. Writing down more notes, Lux listened as Professor Cassie explained scrying with crystals more. It kind of reminded her of the needle test thing muggles did or babies where if the needle moved one way it was a boy and if it moved another way the baby would be a girl. Or something like that.
Curious as to how the crystals could be used to locate something that had been lost, she watched Professor Cassie use one over a map to find her kittens. Whatever she did clearly worked because they were located only moments later. Maybe there was more to this Divination stuff than she had originally thought.
Jumping up from her seat she grabbed a crystal and hung it out in front of her looking at it. Ooooh, it looked so pretty shining in the light and she could watch it shimmer for ages but there was work to do. As she made her way back to her seat she thought about what question she wanted to ask. |
