Hmm. Had it been the book that Ian noticed? He didn't see anything either but at least she didn't imagine the noise. "Perhaps it was the book.." She wasn't grasping at straws, was she? "From some of the personal anecdotes in the library, it would seem that it is characteristic of the book to vanish.." Though it was strange that it wouldn't want to stick around to possess one of them as it seemed that that was what it did.. "Tell me, Ian," Nessa began, turning her brown eyes on the boy. "Did you happen to get possessed by the book?" She thought that she was, but she had no idea whose characteristics she had taken on.
Nessa had gotten lost in that thought a moment when suddenly Tobias had caught up to them and there was Tiara. "Well, what did you hear?" she asked her colleague,hoping she had some insight, then listened to the brief interaction between her and the Hufflepuff boy. "Yes, search party.." she confirmed with a nod. "Do you remember the conversation we had during the Gobstones match with Professor Cassie and Miss Wright joined in talking about a book? It seems she might have been on to something.. We just came from Book Club and many have had a similar experience and this book might be the source of some strange occurrences. We're hoping to find it.. but I think it's teasing us.." At least if what she heard was indeed the book, it didn't appear to want to be found..
