 Muggle Studies Lesson Two: Sports (Football)
The Muggle Studies Classroom seems a bit off from its normal appearance as its been seemingly transfigured into a large gymnasium (minus the bleachers). There's a rollaway chalkboard set up at one side of the room with a stack of mats off to the side.
"Take a mat and have a seat ... we'll begin shortly," Professor Hadley-Nairne said warmly. ooc: no yoga ... save that for DADA ;D. We just figured mats would be more comfortable in this setting than regular chairs ;P. Also, the lesson won't actually start till tomorrow afternoon (about 3/4pm EST) Lesson Progression- Question One: what are some activities muggles do for fun?
- When was the first set of rules for Football established?
- How many players are on the field at a time from each team?
- Who is the only team member permitted to use their hands?
- Explanation of the warmup activity ; alright, have fun with this! we'll regroup tomorrow night to give people a chance to play =)
- Football! Explanation of rules and such =)
