Gift still pressed to his ear, the astronomer took a smell step to the side and used his body to hold the door open. "Be careful and watch your feet. Hershel is scurrying around at the moment." Which meant that he would have to go over his entire office, hands and knees, with a lint roller once the ferret had been put back in his cage.
OOC: you can post in the office now <3 WELCOME!
So she was actually pretty excited about going into a professors office. And she wasn't going for something bad. WOW. This was actually kind of cool. It really wasn't that bad getting on a more personal level with professors. Was it?
She stepped into the office. Well it was nice very. Nice. "Nice office, Professor Ariey."
And ahhhhh Hershel? Who was Hershel? "Okay. That's a Ohhhhh a pet?" Maybe a real pet not a rock? Not the pet rocks were a bad thing. They were clearly a easy pet to have. Where was he? She wanted to meet this Hershel pet.
She could sit down here in this chair, right? She took a seat anyway. He did invite her in and the polite thing to do was to stay a while now. She looked up at the professor. "It's not ticking, is it?" She added a little laugh. Of course it wasn't. But the way Ariey was acting you'd think that he was listening to it tick. "Open it!" She smiled, like a kido on Christmas. She wanted to see if he liked it.
