A silver eagle, a patronus, flew in and circled around the ceiling and then swooped down towards the table and landed in front of the Department Head.

The voice of the Junior Undersecretary is heard saying,

"Greetings! I am sorry to be somewhat informal like this, but I would like to ask for an audience with you, Mr. Yenorin. It will be a simple meeting, nothing too pressing and at anytime at your convenience. Thank you very much. Yours truly, Zacharias McMillan"

The eagle scratched its beak then vanished.
