One plant down, some more to go.
How many more did they have to treat? Because Grayson was all up for treating just the one and nipping out again for some snacks or possibly a nap. The boy didn't remember seeing a specific number set out by Walton on the noticeboard either. Just that they should treat these bad boys.
But as he started packing up his things -- which wasn't much -- his eyes found the other sick plants in there and something started nagging him at the back of his mind. Something that told him that he should stay and at least try to care for the others just because. And even as he made for the door, something about leaving didn't feel right.
Being nice freaking sucked. He needed to do something to make up for this. Like annoy someone.
Letting out a small groan and rolling his eyes, the boy turned around again and started heading back to the sickly plants. Fine. FINE. Could he just do the one or two more, then? There were two here, both of which looked pretty sickly to him. Concentrating on one, Grayson bent down and started examining the plant, gently brushing leaves aside to have a good look at it all.
The first one? Small and kinda had some dark spots on it here and there. Easy.
