Jasmine waited and watched as the other students arrived for class. Seeing her housemate Eden, Jasmine responded to her wave with one of her own. Then before she knew it, it was time for class to begin. Professor Thompson explained that they would in fact be working with the Hippogriffs today. This was great in Jasmine's opinion. She had enjoyed the lesson with the Hippogriffs last year. She hadn't gotten a chance to ride one during the Fireworks Festival so it was good to have another opportunity.

Jasmine's first order of business was to choose which of the animals she wanted to work with. There was one Hippogriff that caught her eye for some reason. She couldn't quite put her finger on it, but she knew he was the one. Jasmine walked toward her special Hippogriff and waited to take her turn. Grooming him should be fun by itself, but the ride would be the cherry on top. It would be just a few minutes before she got her chance.
