Did the Professor know he wasn't very good at exercising patience?
Why couldn't he leave for a snack break and come back? He was BOUND to take longer than an hour anyway. It wasn't like he'd MISS anything critical.

Opening his notebook, Zeke decided to do some drawing. He liked drawing. It was relaxing and kept his hands busy - his mind too. Every so often he popped his head up to inspect his plant. It WAS getting better. The white spots were starting to fade, and in some parts they were completely gone. Nevertheless, there was still a lot to wait for, so he continued drawing. Funnily enough, he was getting a lot of homework done right now ... that was productive at least, no?
After MOAR time passed, Zeke closed his notebook and placed it in his bag, and set his sights on his not-so-sick plant. It was better. Wait... it WAS better. He watched as the last of the spots faded completely, leaving the plant perfectly healthy looking.
HE DID IT!!!!
HOW LONG HAD IT BEEN?!...
....
.......
And, where was everyone?
"I'm... finally done, Professor," he mused, trying not to seem too disappointed with his time. Boooooo. He'd failed. FAILED.
