Edward went to a filing cabinet in the ever-locked room that had been placed there for working files. The ones that were finished had been placed elsewhere. He started shuffling through them, looking for the proposal he had made earlier in the year. He thought it was time to re-look it. It took some time, he thought he had put these things in more logical order, but it appeared that they were all out of sorts. He had to shuffle through a couple times before he ran across it.
FINALLY! he said as he pulled out the correct one and shut the drawer. He smiled as he observed the ministry seal. It was cool seeing the figures move through the image.
Edward opened the file folder and saw a sheaf of papers covered by an abstract to explain the purpose of the research project. If you happened to be reading over his shoulders, this is what you would see.
Quote:
Proposal: Conduct a field research project. Methods - Members of the Department of Mysteries utilize targeted surveys and observational methods. Purpose - Determine if Wizards/Witches experience loving feelings more in Magical Areas (i.e. Diagon Alley) or non-magical areas (i.e. streets of London).
He looked through the proposal to decide if he should take it to Jasper or not. He wasn't sure if it justified the time it would take.
