By the time the next YATI showed up, Jory was back to himself. It had to be something about this room. It was really comfortable. "Hey, Sky,'' he said with a slight smile. He was now wondering what the new YATI members were thinking of the boss man's little speech. Especially the part with the skills. "Makes you wonder what's in store for the rest of the year, huh?''
Penelope had arrived. "So am I. Hey, we'll just find us the softest bit of floor at the Office and work.'' Jory wasn't much one for making jokes but hopefully it'll help lift a bit of the tension because they next YATI member had arrived. The one that caused all the trouble.
Jory paid him no attention for now. Maybe he was still stewing a bit but he did hear what Penelope said about team work and he was inclined to agree. However, he knew one thing for sure: He'd get along with her and Sky just fine. |
