It was a good thing he'd held off on beginning the matters to be discussed this time around. The Minister had arrived at his normal time which always seemed to be right before he began talking and the man couldn't help but think it was well timed. If only he could show up just when he was needed and not a moment before but no, they couldn't bother get away with it.
He wouldn't have stopped the meeting at the man's entrance, as he never did, but his train of thought paused at the entrance of yet another employee. This one late and not exactly from this level.
