Nessa couldn't help but giggle a bit and nudge her friend playfully. "Oh, sure.. of course you wouldn't mind returning it to the library, would you?" Yes, she knew exactly why she wouldn't mind a little trip to the library. "Well, let's see," she began turning the book over in her hands. Nothing identifiable as to whom it might belong. "Maybe we should take it there.. I mean, why would it just be laying on the floor in the corridor?" It probably was a good idea as she didn't want it to get ruined just being on the floor. But it wouldn't hurt to look through it first right? It was almost beckoning her to open and she was so curious about it.
Grinning up at Cassie she slid over closer upon hearing her words. "I don't know.. why don't we find out?" Of course, she had read plenty of stories and fairy tales in recent times as she often employed literary devices in her performances and in her classes, but this book seemed like it held so many stories in it and she just had to see. And she opened up the book, beginning to leaf through the pages. Cassie couldn't help but blush, yes they both knew why she wouldn't mind taking it to the library. Watching as Nessa looked it over. "Maybe Leo would know where it belongs if it doesn't have a tag." All the library books had a tag on them saying Hogwarts Library didn't they? She tried to remember the many books that she had checked out this term.
Shaking her head, "No it should be just left in the corridor, what if someone is looking for it. We should take it to him, I mean to the library." She chuckled and maybe fluffed her hair a bit thinking about possibly seeing someone.
Watching her friend move closer she leaned towards the book to get a better look. "See if Beauty and the Beast is in there. My mum use to read that one to me all the time." As she opened it, Cassie couldn't help but notice the pages just looked so bright and welcoming. Oh her favorites were in there. She moved closer to read.
