Zooooommmgggg!

He was right. He was RIGHT! And he kinda had his Astronomy homework to thank for it. Even though he hadn't had to use the spell for it, the idea was there, and it was relevant to this so, WIN!

"Thanks, Professor," he beamed!

He was IN THE KNOW. How cool was that?!

SPOILER!!: Ian

Not to sound judging or anything. It was also kinda funny, but in a good way. In a way that made him smile, not JUST laugh at Ian's expense.

But yeah.

Clothes stuff.

He didn't fancy a dress either. "I'm not wearing a dress either, already dressed like a girl in History of Magic, don't need to do it again." That was one lesson he wouldn't soon be forgetting. "Fabric, yeah, we'll start there and figure it out." Maybe there'd be some INSPIRING print or something?

What to do, what to do?????

Zeke rifled through the fabric swatch thingies, looking for anything he might LIKE and want to MODEL for the class.... cause you know, he wanted something manly. Or manly ENOUGH.

What he found super cool though, were the beetles. BEETLESSSS!

"Buttons... I'm doing something with buttons," he informed his partner, cause obviously he needed to be informed with these things.

It was then that he noticed Ian had already started working, but was having trouble... he watched, keen to hear what the Professor had to say.

But, perhaps for now he'd also start with the buttons. Ahem.

"Bruchus puga," he recited the incantation, pointing steadily at the beetles in his hand. He would usually opt NOT to have things in his hand when performing spells, but meh, what could possibly go wrong?

Nothing apprently.

Huh?

"Bru-chus... pu-ga!" he repeated, pointing with INTENT at his beetles. Only two of them changed, but they CHANGED! The beetles morphed into shiny black buttons. Not too big, but not too small. Just right.

Perfect.

The same way you increased the size of any object????

"Ooohhh!!! Professor, is that... engorgio?" he asked.

Ian shrugged with Zeke's response. He noticed that Zeke seemed to be getting some enjoyment out of his choice of classroom attire. [b]Oh well. I suppose class will be over soon enough and I'll have a chance to get in proper clothes.

Ian nodded at the suggestion of fabric.

Looking at his tiny person vest, Ian saw Zeke trying to make beetle buttons. It seemed perhaps a 'little' dangerous to be trying to hold beetles in your hand while transfiguring them, but when Zeke tried the spell...nothing happened at first. Then when Zeke tried again...two buttons! Brilliant, Zeke. The buttons look rather nice. Good job! Any idea what you want to use them on? This brought Ian's attention back to his shorty vest. Then he heard Zeke mention engorgio. Brilliant! Ian remarked to his smart partner. He pondered how long he needed to wait for the professor to respond before he gave it a go.

Ian didn't have to wait long as the professor not only responded, but also awarded points to Zeke for his work. [b] Good show, Zeke. Congratulations on the points![b]

Ian took his baby vest and placed it on the table. He wasn't nearly as adventurous as Zeke when it came to holding things in his hand to transfigure it. Pointing his wand at the purple vest, he imagined the vest being the proper size to fit him and said Engorgio! in the deepest voice he could muster. It sounded rather like a kid trying to imitate his dad, but it was deeper than his normal voice. He hoped it gave the vest the idea that he was serious and he didn't want any super-sized vest.

When the vest was finished 'growing' Ian picked it up. It was still purple, but he'd live with that. It was just a wee bit bigger than Ian was, but it suited. Ian tried it on and asked Zeke for his opinion on the size. How's it look mate? too big?

Of course he was still chuffed with his points when he turned back to Ian. Heheheeh, seee, together they'd make an awesome team!

As for his buttons? "I was thinking a shirt, a button up shirt... something nice but casual?" Yeah, he was a boy, he didn't know these things, but he knew what types of things he had in his wardrobe, so that was easy enough.

Fishing around, Zeke found a swatch of cheap looking paisley fabric. The black and white was cool, but this was one pattern he didn't care for. Nope. No paisley in his wardrobe thanks. In the end he found a burgundy, green, blue and yellow tartan. The fabric wasn't a good quality, or so he guessed, cause it seemed a bit scrappier than others. He could work on this one. Yep.

Deciding this time that he wouldn't be performing the spell standing, he took it back to his work area and placed the buttons on the stool and then holding the fabric to the mannequin. "Summis Vestus!" he recited, careful to do the backward Z movement with his wand as timely as possible. Nothing happened, NOTHING. "Summiiissss Vestuuus!" he repeated, this time making the Z movement much sharper. Cuts tore through the fabric in various places, resulting in it looking more fringey than anything else. Whooooops. That wasn't right. Upon reviewing his notes, Zeke realised his error. He'd been saying it WRONG. After retrieving a new bit of fabric - the same colour and pattern - he continued on his work.

"Summus Vestis!" he tried again, Z wand movement to boot. This time the fabric morphed and changed and transfigured into a shirt! It was a decent sized shirt, but he wasn't sure if HE would fit in it. Still, he'd give it a go.

Looking up, he saw Ian's purple vest and beamed. "It looks great, purple suits you," he mused, half joking but also perfectly serious. It DID look great. Hehehe. "How's my shirt?" he asked, slipping it on over the top of his. The buttons weren't fixed on yet, so it just hung open around him for the time being.
