Mercedes wasn't nervous. No... Not at all. Okay she was still pretty nervous. She had her coffee this morning so everything was good to go now. She had a cup at home and one here. So she was ready to go. She had made it all the way to her lunch time. And now it was her first official meeting with the department. Everyone would be there.

Once she entered the conference room. "Hey." She smiled at all four of them. She didn't know the men but she knew Vic and she was pretty sure the other woman was her department head, Mariel. But she wasn't for sure just a feeling. She looked like a Mariel if that made sense. She had just walked in on them talking about the Catapults. Mercedes took a seat, she looked around a bit and waited for things to get started.
