Why was Justine even telling him that? She didn't owe him an explanation, yet here she was offering up her words with ease.

Connor looked up and over at her, still rubbing his head a little. "Yeah, i'm fine." Maybe a certain former puffer was right and he couldn't do much of anything without hurting himself somehow. "Ahh, okay." He tried to be quiet but he figured it had to be the cat ears, right? That made sense.

"Thanks." He took the quill and then listened. His Common Room was always fine. A little noisy but he didn't mind it, He liked reading there, speaking to his favorite house ghost. All that jazz. "Well, i don't wanna bug you if you're having some peace and quiet for once.." He knew he wasn't exactly good for her peace and quiet.. he probably wasn't good for anyone's.

But maybe he would tell her about his plans for next term.
