Clara blinked, head snapping up and eyes focusing on Kalla when she heard her voice.

There she was.

She banished all irrelevant thoughts and after a moment, got up to give her a quick hug. "Don't worry about it." Clara released her while waving her off briefly. "You weren't really that late," she assured her. Fifteen minutes wasn't that late. Not at all. Nbd. Either way, what mattered was that she was here now. They could sit and talk and eat and drink ... without the distraction of ..... other things.
