Derry was kinda excited to be here... mainly because she knew she didn't have to go back and do her exams again so she was able to enjoy being close to Hogwarts. Also, she was gonna see Toby. Lovely Toby. She loved that kid, had she mentioned?
She'd got to Hogsmeade kiiiiind of early, because she knew how rushed it could get in here, and she'd like somewhere to sit down, thank you very much. She had a crazy busy schedule all of a sudden and actually finding a moment where she wasn't flying or horse riding or at karate lessons was nigh on impossible. But here she WAS! Yay! She'd even managed to get herself up and presentable looking for once, even if that did mean throwing on one of her Magpies merch shirts because she'd forgotten to do her washing. Oops.
After ordering herself a butterbeer, Derry found a table and SAT DOWN. FINALLY. Merlin, active lifestyles were exhausting. So today she was going to drink butterbeer and eat cake and talk to her friends and she'd worry about everything else some other day. Right. Where was Toby? |
