She was EXHAUSTED.

Sleep sounded nice. She didn't even care about OWL practice. She'd done enough of that during the summer. Besides she still had time until those were due. Dropping her bag on her bed, she flopped on her bum and kicked her shoes off.

Nice, long sleep. She needed that.

It seemed Chomper did as well.

Beverly had not forgotten about the last photograph for Charms' homework. She saved that for the finale. Scooting her shoes next to her bedside table, she positioned the camera, ready for action.

Wobbly as any tired little sugar glider could, Chomper dragged himself into one of her shoes. He slide all the way in, then popped his head out, and about the same moment he was sound asleep. She hoped she had captured it.

Only the charm would tell.

Gripping her wand, and with a firm tap on the photo, she cast, "Alacer!" A day's worth of practiced did its job. The animated picture developed quite well, demonstrating what Beverly had hoped without freezing.

She grinned to herself and set the pictures on the bedside table. What a great day. She accomplished a lot. As soon as her head hit her pillow, Prefect Wayne was out.
