Basic introductions it was then. "Thank you for seeing us. I'm Emily Browne, and this is my colleague Legend Chosen, we're from the Department of Magical Law Enforcement..." and now it was your shining moment Chosen.

What was she an actress? An Arithmancy actress who was obsessed with mirrors and freezing people?
They were on to you.
"It has come to our knowledge Miss Domingo, that you were more than aware of the movement regarding the chorts that affected the school last year." He reached into his pocket and pulled out the journal entries of evidence, flashing them to her juuuuust out of her reach, before putting them back. Yeah, no touchy.
"Because of this, you are being placed under arrest for plotting the freezing of the school and endangering the lives of every person in this castle." Legend drew his wand as he made his way closer to the desk. "And I suggest you come with us willingly because I don't think you need a Life Path Number to see that two against one aren't good odds for you."
Magical Law Enforcement, was it? What did Anastasia do now? Or no, perhaps the new Groundskeep fellow. She always thought he looked a bit suspect.
And then.......
Oh no he didn't!
"So it is a crime to simply be aware of something bad taking place, Seņor Chosen? I highly doubt even the British ministry, in all of its ineptitude, can arrest someone for knowledge they possess." She would surely be consulting with every legal counselor her Galleons could afford. No one sent Lolita Domingo to jail!
"This evidence you possess.." Had she really left her journals lying around?! A moment of panic threatened to cloud her head, but she suppressed it. That time in the staff room, she'd been talking with Culloden and Thompson: hadn't she thought she'd left her office unlocked? But she had been careful not to put more than suspicions in her notes, there couldn't be much incriminating information there.
"I have no idea how you came to possess it, because I certainly have no recollection of handing it over. You have no right to be holding it." So they couldn't use it, right? She fervently hoped so.
Up until now she had been in panic mode, just trying to find a way out of this mess. But things changed when he pulled out that wand.
"And I certainly don't appreciate wands being drawn and pointed at me in my own office!" He had another thing coming if he thought he could get away with that utter disrespect for such a gorgeous person as herself! No one threatened Lolita Carmen Inocencia Domingo!
