Toby looked around the office again, as he always tended to do. It was a nice sense of stability, having this little annual meeting in this same office which never seemed to change.

Botros sort of stood there for a while, with the cake slices platter in his hand trying to figure out a way to hand over the dessert to his young guest. "UH.. bring two handkerchiefs from that stand over the desk, will you?" He would sacrifice two of his handkerchiefs for Tobias, this was not normal professor/student move.

Taking a seat back on his rocking chair, almost dropping the cake slices because whoa unstable seat, Botros smiled at the Hufflepuff. "That's wonderful to hear. I am glad the blizzards are over, the ministry handled everything so brilliantly over the summer." He put two slices on one of the kerchiefs for Tobias, and took the other two for him. "You must be a little anxious about OWLs, huh? Well don't you worry, we're all here to help you study. If the library gets too stuffy for you at one point, you're welcome to borrow my office when I have to teach younger classes." This was an exclusive invitation, he trusted Tobias and wanted him to give his best. The boy had such great potential after all.

"Would you like some tea with it?" Oh Merlin, he shouldn't have sat down so quickly.
