Cassie searched and searched through all her stuff but was unable to locate that one foot of sock. What was crazy, was that she knew she had taken it from her draw and had it side by side with the other foot. She rubbed her forehead with a completely puzzled look on her face. It wasn't until she followed a gnawing sound in the corner of her room that she discovered her new black lab puppy having a field day with her sock. "Duke!" Cassie tried to pull the sock away from her pooch but he wasn't having it.
"Puppies..."
