Saul would have preferred doing this back at their place. Charlie wanted to meet in public so....hey. Where did his Surprise go? He told it to stay within eyeshot from a distance.
There was Rustling in the Bushes behind them. A faint hint of Afro popping out from it. Almost blending in, if you counted the Dark Colored part of the bush, bush-like at all.
Ooh okay so it was going to be a literal Suprise. Not what he meant, but hey. No stopping now.
Charlie very noticeably rolled her eyes at the man, amused. She wasn't
that difficult to be with, was she? Surely her love of pranks and tattooing didn't have Saul in a constant state of worry. ...Or did it? The blonde leaned into him as she considered things, wondering if his worries had anything to do with Mandy. She'd be amused if they did. But wait, he had a surprise too? The shopkeeper turned to look at him, eyebrows raised.
"Way to steal my thunder, husband." She'd let him go first since clearly nothing could top her news.
Was that-*SQUINT* Charlie saw the bushes moving and for a moment thought it might have been some kind of animal. She'd even slipped her wand out of its holster, ready to react if necessary. The darker hair-like part, though.
