So this guy, the older Claw, he had protectors. Or A protector, rather. And this one had come out of NOWHERE as SOON as the guy had started being all squirmy or whatever. How did you even GET that sort of protection? Was he running some sort of underground candy business? Was he bribing people to look after him? Did he have anything good to offer 'cause Maddie could scare people away easy enough. The brunette had LOTS of thoughts but continued to just watch. Class would be starting soon enough and she didn't want to make Culloden upset with lots of chatting. She actually CARED what HE thought.

And there was a Dot with Kyroh again. Were they seat buddies in classes, then? Had she missed the memo. Maybe she should make note of this in her notebook. Maybe.

Oh and they were starting! Thank Merlin. The brunette was having feelings and she disliked that VERY much. Distractions were welcome and hate potions, WELL, Maddie didn't waste her time hating people. She was wondering what it might feel like to genuinely loathe a person, though. What DID you do to a person you hated and did Culloden expect them to try this out? Seemed a bit risky to HER.

Cleanliness, yes. Maddie had already taken care of that part but she gave it another go just to please the potions dude. "Scourgify." Looked good. smelled good. ~~Yes, she smelled her cauldron.~~ She was ready to begin. Well, AFTER ingredients were organized, of course.

Jobberknoll feather. Maddie glanced at the boy in the glasses and his bodyguard, wondering if THEY knew which it was. She could help them if they needed it, maybe. As for her, she picked up HER one jobberknoll feather and added it to the cauldron WITHOUT water or flame, per Culloden's instructions.

Then she updated her notes.
