Benny watched her curiously as Angel seemed to be distracted, the girl even starting to stay something before breaking off. Had she heard him? Had she thought he would say otherwise? But then it was a light bulb going off and her face seemed to say it all. The younger lion had figured out what he had said and it was then that he felt self conscious.

"Its....new to me too," he admitted. It wasn't like he had ever really had a crush before. That had been Adi with Sophie a couple of terms before, the two of them trying to set him up with another girl. That situation had been more than just a little awkward at the Valentine's event that year. But this...this was okay.
