"Oh that would be great, though some how I got on the History of Magic Leader board last year." Angel was still in shock about that. She stared into his eyes and then looked at the books, did she want to say the thing that was on her mind the most, she decided that she wanted to. "Ben..." Angel whispered as she looked at him, her nerves were getting to her. "I like you... I like you a lot in fact." Angel hoped that Ben wouldn't freak out or run away. "I mean. I really.... really.... really like you." Angel whispered to him.
Benny hadn't even thought to go so far as whisper as they entered the library. But then again, he wasn't the type of talker as Angel was. And certainly not a loud one when he did speak up. "Congrats..." he offered since it was a big deal. He had a tough enough time with just the overall points. And history of magic could be offely boring at times. Even more so than runes in some cases. "Hmmm?" he said , questioning as he just barely heard his name being whispered. The older lion turned to his companion as the logical person who was seeking his attention. As their eyes met, she continued, leaving her feelings out in the open for him in the process. She liked him...she really liked him. Somehow it seemed to more meaningful to him than when she had said she loved him that day in Ancient Runes. That had come as a complete surprise and could have been induced by the situation they had found themselves in within the bitter cold.
This...this was open and he could see the nerves in her tone. Much like him in Diagon Alley of the summer. "I..." Ben started, suddenly having trouble speaking even though the answer was easy. He had been mulling it over for months after all."I like you too Angel."
