Oh yes. Long train rides through beautiful landscapes, large feasts with ridiculous amounts of pastries and sweets and candy and everything his growing tummy could desire… and then, on top of it all, he could go to his classes in PJs. WHERE ELSE WAS SCHOOL THIS CHILL? NOWHERE, THAT’S WHERE. Suck on that, American schools. PPFFT. Ian was so over those.
Eyeing the fuzzy snap cup thing on his table, Ian scribbled onto a loose piece of parchment he happened to be carrying in his pocket: “I am Proud 2 be sexy Beast.” He stuffed the parchment carelessly into the cup and proceeded to lounge comfortably on the many pillows, spreading out and stretching his limbs like a lazy indoor cat.
Just when the boy was beginning to doze off into a pleasant sleep, the hot teacher started reading the LAMEST FREAKIN’ CONFESSIONS HE HAD EVER HEARD. Oh my God, were these kids 10 or what. “I'm proud that I stood up 4 expresing myself thru fashion even tho sum peepl r stuck in the midle ages” “BOOOOOO!!!!”
LOL fashion. And what even are the middle ages, why are we talking about 50-yr-olds no one cares about, gtfo.
Now the hottie was asking about forms of divination and crystal balls and all Ian could do was snicker quietly to himself. Heh. Hehheh.. crystal ball… lol… ha…HAHA…AHAHHAHHAHAHAAHAHAA.
And people’s answers. “ballomancy.”
What even.
Of course, he had no valuable input because duh. He was Ian. Bringing his hot presence along was input enough.
Eden had, you know, trying to pay attention to the PROFESSOR who was VERY sweet and stuff--when she heard that BOOO. And she glared over at the direction it was coming from--RUDE--and squinted her eyes--IAN.
Oh MERLIN.
She scooooooted way closer to Clara. "Hey--" she whispered, trying not to be loud, until she finally pointed at her parchment. She began to write...'If Ian approaches me...YOU'RE MY GIRLFRIEND OKAY.' She then glanced at Clara to make sure she saw that and winked. There was no way she was going to TRY to bump into him--at least not in CLASS. SPOILER!!: Cassssie
[QUOTE=Bazinga;11660927]
Cassie couldn’t help but snap as the answers started coming in. She just loved how they all gave something, “Fortune telling is more of the muggle term, but yes it is seeing things, or vision readings, predicting the future is correct, but it also can see in the past as well.” They would certainly be going over that more in a moment. Looking at a young second year she beamed at her, “Very good, but usually the misty look doesn’t come until the reading.” Did the girl have that strong of a gift? She would certainly be watching this one.
Snapping just got happier as one of the names she was looking for was being said. “Yes, yes correct, very good.” Her students were always so smart. She just loved that they knew what was going on most of the time. It was a great feeling, but she wasn’t surprised. Hogwart students were always so bright. “Scrying is one name of what we will be doing today. Does anyone else have the other names?” Her head turning to yet another boy, Cassie gave him some snaps, I serious one. She enjoyed his enthusiasm for her class. “Yes you are exactly right. Scrying is one of the names and the one we will be talking the most today about.”
Looking around the room she snapped as yet another name was being discussed. “Crystalomancy is certainly another name. Very good everyone.” Such smart bright young minds. This was just soooo exciting. “Yes correct, very good. Spheromancy is another name for it. Wonderful job.” She couldn’t help the snaps whether she was to be more relaxed or not. It was just too exciting to hear all the fabulous answers. She turned her green eyes on another, “Very good Spheromancy is correct and so is gastromancy.” Though that one certainly sounded like it should be for a different form of Divination. “Gazing-o-mancy is a very interesting way of putting it, but I would say it’s close to what we are doing.” She had never heard it but it was certainly close sounding so why not except it. Snaps for you Mr. Noel.
Giving Ethan some snaps and a smile she nodded, “Very good Ethan, it is crystal-gazing as well. Funny how one form has sooooo many names.” She loved it though, always so interesting. Once of her favorite forms after Astrology of course. SPOILER!!: Quiet ones Quote:

Sipping some tea and rolling her shoulders like Professor Morgan, the Slytherin worked at relaxing, although her body was already relaxed. Crystal balls. They'd be using that, huh?
The answer was at the tip of her tongue, her hand rising into the air...and someone said it before her. Well. She had to sharpen her hand raising skills, didn't she? Or was her body too relaxed? That was a thing. It COULD happen.

Learning comes with some mistakes. There is no judging in this class. I just want to see you trying your best.” Yes that’s all she expected to try.
Hmmm she stopped and looked at Sophie getting back out of her chair. She just couldn’t do the sitting thing, it really wasn’t for her. “Could you explain how it works to us then?” She would love to hear what she had to say.
She was stopped for a moment by the next answer and just blinked at the young lady. Giving an encouraging smile, [b] “Not everything with mancy at the end is going to be correct. Watching TV is very different than gazing into a crystal ball, but very good guess and thank you soo much for participating.
Another with an interesting guess. These students were just so creative and smart. “That is a very good guess. I can see why you would say that with the Crystal Ball, but it is not one of the names for it. Wonderful try though thank you for answering.” Snaps of encouragement went to the young Hufflepuff.
Hearing another answer Cassie turned to the girl speaking. “Crystal ball reading, very good. We will be looking into the Crystal balls at some point, most people call it gazing, but some do call it a reading.” Snaps for such a great answer. She was sooo enjoying all the wonderful answers even the ones that weren’t really answering but listening. She knew that some weren’t as big on certain subjects as others and that was completely fine as long as they….
…. She heard it, she heard the boo and her green eyes snapped towards the boy in question. Trying to just ignore it, because everyone ones allowed their freedom of expression even you Mr. Rude, until he didn’t stop talking. Her beaming smile never left her as she moved closer to the two and took a seat at their table. She looked between them and listened with bright eyes. “This is just always sooo exciting to watch new love start.” She gave them snaps of encouragement. Yes, go on you are interrupting everyone in the room, she watched and waited. “Now that she has very much told you she isn’t interested do you think I can get back to my lesson now?” Getting back up she patted him on the shoulder and looked at the rest of the class. “Now that we have that wonderful moment of young love settled does anyone else have anything to add about Crystal Balls?”
And now Tea was everywhere. She pulled her wand and cleaned the mess before it could even be a thing. Not missing a beat as she moved the lesson on. Her eyes just quickly flicking towards the one that had the problem to make sure she was alright.
Now looking at the entire class she flicked her wrist for information to come up on the board behind her. “Scrying also known as Crystal-gazing, Crystal-seeing, crystllism, crystallomancy, gastromancy, and spheromancy is a form of divination that uses crystals, hence the crystal ball in front of you. Now Scrying can use other things, but we will get into that in further classes. Today we are just going to focus on the Crystal Ball.” She walked over to her own table and picked up the ball gently. “Please do not pick up your own Crystal. I’ve been told they’ve been through a lot in past terms and I’d like to keep these nice for awhile.” Some were from her own collection, so it would be nice if they were not broken. “Now when you look into the crystal typically you are just seeing a reflection, correct? So how could we possibly see other things inside something that just shows our reflection?”
Setting the ball back on the table she turned beaming at the students. “Now we can see the future, but not only the future, with scrying you can find many things to help you figure out why events have happened, or have a spiritual connection. My hope for you today is just to find something in the Crystal ball. Now can anyone tell me how we get started on doing scrying into a crystal ball?”
Now. Back to important things. Class. She listened to Professor Cassie's explanation..right right..Crystal Ball, Crystallomanyfancy...or something..that sounded...easy enough to remember. She supposed she should WRITE this all down, right?
And she wanted them to speak up? Okay. Eden KNEW she would make a fool of herself, but WHATEVER. She was a 'claw now..she had to at least be...cool in class. Coooooool as ice.
Gosh she was lame. "Um, Professor--" she actually raised a VERY shaky and. "Um--well--couldn't you just knock on the ball and ask it to wake up? And do some future-tellin'?" She knew this was wrong. Oh, it TOTALLY was. but this was her guess. KNOCKKNOCKKNOCK HELLO CRYSTAL BALL WAKE UP. She blushed deeply, and just tapped on hers...
