Maybe he'd made a mistake...
But she seemed pretty cool so why not try? Quote:

Beautiful Bentley would probably be upset with the mess, actually she wouldn't be. Because she was never upset. She was and is and forever will be perfect. Always.
First year, eh? Zander couldn't help but chuckle at the no clue what's-going-on thing, but not because he thought it was funny that the poor kid felt lost. Mostly just because he still kind of felt that way. Even though he was a fourth year now, things were still complicated and weird around here. All the time. His first year was worse though, he didn't know anything. Or anyone. No one ever made an effort to help, or to show him around. That's why he knew 0% of the graduating class last term.
And that's what made him say what he said next, "I could show you around if you'd like?... I mean I-uh- I'm not an expert or anything-" total understatement even, "But I know a few of the places around here pretty well?" Like the treehouse! And the lake!! Those were his favorites. [/COLOR] Leo listened to the older boy, and beamed at the offer to show him around. That would be helpful. In fact that would be very, very, very helpful. Especially with the size of Hogwarts, Leonard already had a feeling that he'd get lost a few times just from these first impressions of the school. "That'd be awesome, thanks" he said in response, beaming at the older lion.
Plus, a treehouse and a lake sounded pretty awesome.
He needed to know where these were!!! |
