Zeke seemed to be enjoying the party, and AJ felt a little guilty that she didn't have the same pep in her step as earlier. It was funny how quickly a mood could change just from hearing a few words.

Not wanting to be a complete party pooper, the second year grabbed some blue silly string and snuck up behind him. Taking the can she sprayed it in the younger lions hair. "Gotcha." You could still tell that something was off with AJ. She gave him a weak smile. With the can still in her hand she turned to the next firstie.

SPOILER!!: Leo

Just as she was done sneaking up on Zeke and spraying him with silly string, she heard her name. "Hey Leo." His excitement level was still really high. Normally AJ would be on the same level as he was, but the words Adi told her was still ringing in her ears.

He too got a weak smile, and a squirt to the chest with silly string. "Enjoying the party?" It was pretty epic for the muggleborns. They were all too familiar with the items that were present. If only AJ could shake this funk.

Not into making forts? Honestly at the moment AJ wasn't either, but she was trying to make the best of her current situation with Adi. The second year hated that after getting on to Angel for acting a certain way, she was acting the same way. Hopefully her fake smile was convincing. She did spray some firsties with silly string. She was no where near her normal active self, but she wasn't in complete mope mode either. "Cool." As Benny went to grab them some blankets, AJ grabbed a hot chocolate and took a sip.

Then her sister joined them, and she would surely notice that something was wrong so AJ tried to put on a big smile while she waited for Angel's answer. AJ had no doubt in her mind that she would want to join them simply because Benny was there.

It looked like her sister was in a much better mood now. Maybe her good mood would be able to rub off on her. Then she was roaring. This was AJ's sort of thing, but she couldn't get any roar to come out of her. She too got a weak smile, and hoped that Angel wouldn't notice her funky mood.

No emotions were present on her face. "I do remember. I can make one for us." AJ just so happened to be good at that sort of thing. "I can take those Benny," she said in reference to the blankets he was holding. "Grab anything you want Angel while I get this going." Like hot chocolate or silly string.

Was it just him? Or did she not seem as bouncy and happy and eager as she had before? Either way, he could hardly wait to explore the castle with her, so long as she didn't ruin all of the surprises.
