Born to an English mother and a Welsh father, both from pureblood families, Thornton has been raised in Wales. Despite living near muggles, he has not had the opportunity to interact with them, nor with wizards of more… mundane standing. He has been homeschooled up until this point, and raised by a nanny who doubled as a governess of sorts, Seren. His little sister, Mairwen, is his biggest fan and has begged him not to go away to school.

Personality

Thornton is somewhat reserved but inquisitive. He is eager to meet people and make friends, but is a bit naïve when it comes to how people outside of his small family bubble live. He can also seem somewhat socially awkward, but that is more a function of lack of practice than his personality.

He enjoys reading, drawing and making music, though he prefers things that are less classical, as that was what his parents insisted his music lessons entail.

His has been a rather “proper” upbringing, but he is looking to break out of that mold.
