Fine. She capitulated, not saying another word, though it was clear she wasn't exactly intimidated, simply choosing her battles. Ruby smiled prettily at this Bellaire, eyes narrowing slightly, and casually used her wand to neatly tie her hair back in a bun, wand shoved through it to hold it in place. Too bad she didn't have Gabe's glasses, or she could definitely play up the sexy librarian angle right now.
Ruby didn't once drop her gaze from the professor. She just directed an overly polite smile at the woman, a touch of whimsy at the curved edges of her lips. Were they done, then?
Sophia certainly did not need the sass coming from her mouth to know that the child was still having an attitude. Her body language said it all, but she knew how to deal with children like this. Oh yes, she knew how to make crocked lines straight.
The transfiguration professor took up the cushion that the rebel child had dropped and tapped it with her wand. The cushion immediately grew little combs to secure it in place, then she placed it on Ruby's head.
"You don't have a throne but here's a crown, stand tall now, you don't want your crown to fall to the ground. That's a royal dishonour."
One last narrowed eyes, look at the girl, then Sophia went back to her seat/throne.
