Ruby didn't mind standing though, all eyes were on her that way, and she still could rock a long skirt, though usually she did so with a cropped top to go with it rather than covering everything up. But what she wanted to know was how come professors were allowed to bully students like this? A rat? Seriously?

Fine. She capitulated, not saying another word, though it was clear she wasn't exactly intimidated, simply choosing her battles. Ruby smiled prettily at this Bellaire, eyes narrowing slightly, and casually used her wand to neatly tie her hair back in a bun, wand shoved through it to hold it in place. Too bad she didn't have Gabe's glasses, or she could definitely play up the sexy librarian angle right now.

Ruby didn't once drop her gaze from the professor. She just directed an overly polite smile at the woman, a touch of whimsy at the curved edges of her lips. Were they done, then?
