After finishing up setting up and cleaning his classroom and office, Piers finally made his way to the Great Hall. He walked up to the staff table, first giving a nod to the oldest member (in age) and newly promoted Deputy Headmaster. "Well, hello there, Deputy. Congrats on the promotion." He clapped the old man on the shoulder (not TOO hard though, because he didn't want to break him or something). Promoted to Deputy Headmaster but he still had to sit on the end. Poor bloke.
He continued on his way to his seat by resting a hand on Javy's shoulder. Then he plopped into his chair beside him and moved that hand forward to wave at Leo down at the end of the table. "Evening, Leo." He'd have to catch up with Leo's love news after the feast. |
