Adelaide smiled at the woman. "Thank you Ms. Maroon." With that she walked over to the bench, resting her broom and her bat on the ground. She looked up to the sky to see West, Theo, and Mo flying around passing the quaffle between the three of them.

They looked fantastic. But they were also shooting against a professional keeper, but Salvatore had nothing on the Terror Twins and Mo. The teamwork between the three of them had to be a bit shocking for the scouts. That wasn't usually something you did when you were trying to win a spot over someone else. At least that's what Adelaide thought.

Looking towards them she smiled, “Alright, I’m Victoria Maroon and today you are trying out as beaters. Please get your bats ready, if you didn’t bring any I have a few over there. You will be of course dodging the bludgers and trying to hit them into the moving targets that will be charmed on the field.” Looking up to notice the Chasers finished, she let the targets raise and set the bludgers loose. “Good Luck, you may begin.”

Alright guys, we are going to over lap a little to keep with the timeline. So Chasers go ahead and play a bit more, but start wrapping it up in the next 48 hours. Feel free to have your charries mingle with the managers/owners/coaches that are there.

Beaters you are up, go ahead and get started. It is target practice so just RP your charrie hitting, missing the targets, and possibly being hit by a bludger coming back if you want. Just have fun!

...and they were done already wow. Addi smiled at the boys as they came back down to the pitch. Following Ms. Maroon's instructions she picked up her bat and mounted her broom, pushing off the ground.

She smiled big and zoomed off after one of the bludgers as soon as she was up. This was what her and West had been practicing for. She was going to do this. And she was going to succeed...even if her stomach and her nerves were a bit on edge right now.

Addi zoomed past the bludger and pulled her arm back and THWACK! sent it cascading towards the targets. She watched as it managed to hit one. Not bad for the first try. Then she felt another bludger whizzing right past her batting arm. Good thing it missed. She leaned down on her broom and zoomed off after that one.
