INTRODUCTIONS! I like introductions. Hello there fellow Snakes! I’m Ethan Tyler Mordaunt, or you can simply call me Ethan…or E…or Detective E…or Holmes. The list goes on and on, but yeah, the name’s Ethan. I was born in Cambridge, United Kingdom on the 8th of October 2069 to Cassandra Vera Beaugard and (my real dad) Aldred Ames Mordaunt. I have a lot of cousins, but Mordred is the only one who is worthy of a mention. So yes, older kids…maybe you know him? Yeah, he’s my awesome cousin, which makes me awesome too. I hope. I’m a transfer student from Durmstrang Institute, and I’d like to think that I excel in Defense Against the Dark Arts. Now that I’m in Hogwarts, I was able to explore more subjects, and I can add Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, and Potions to that list. So yeah, if you’re having a hard time with those subjects, you now know who to call. Although I’m sure all you lot are brilliant, but just in case, yes?

Another important thing to note about me? I.LIKE.FOOD. I can wolf down anything as long as it is edible. Second to food, I like solving crimespuzzles, and I’m a HUGE fan of Sherlock Holmes, in fact I aspire to become an Auror someday, preferably working for the Magical Forensics. If you’re into that kind of stuff, let me know okay? I’d love to hear your theories about things and such. Another thing I like doing is to skateboard during the summer, and snowboard during the winter season.

And of course, there are things that I don’t like. Like, girls flipping their hair too much. Flipping is okay I guess, but every single time? It’s ridiculous. I am also not a fan of rude people, especially those who are disapproving from the get-go, and those who can’t take a joke. Such party poopers, really. I’m typically not judgemental, but if you happen to be physical…like someone who resorts to physical violence to get their point across, I won’t even bother to be your acquaintance.

Text Cut: History

Cassandra Beaugard had a short, but very serious relationship with Aldred Mordaunt, but eventually they broke up when Aldred had to pursue his dreams to become a Hit Wizard. Little did the two know that Cassandra was pregnant, but the soon-to-be mother kept it as a secret, and used her situation to get back at her former flame.

Ethan Tyler Mordaunt was born on the 8th of October 2069, and grew up with his mother, and “father”, Cassandra’s boyfriend, Thomas Scofield. Scofield, a muggle who fell in love instantly with the witch, thought that Ethan was his, until his girlfriend’s death. Ethan was eleven year old and was attending Durmstrang Institute when he learned of his true identity and parentage. The boy’s feelings towards Thomas did not change, however, the man slipped away feeling betrayed by the woman he loved so much. The same was felt by Aldred, and continued to question his deceased former flame as to why she hid their son from him.

Aldrich, Ethan’s uncle, and eldest brother of his father took in the boy, and assigned him under the care of his then 19-year old cousin, Mordred Mordaunt. The latter did his best to juggle his personal life, university, and Ethan, while Aldrich sought ways to make Aldred accept Ethan into his life. Aldred, being the rebel in the family, turned his back against his responsibility and treated Ethan as if he was non-existent. Persuaded by Mordred, Aldrich agreed to transfer Ethan to Hogwarts, so that he may be closer to home, and hoped that the boy would find good friends, and meet peers that will somehow fill the role Aldred left.
