Hopefully. Pepper was indeed waiting in the storage room. Wesley had been over before the shops opened and pulled the heavy doors to prop them open for her. He was just the cutest, didn't want her to hurt herself, especially with being pregnant. Unfortunately he had his own shop to work and she had to leave the doors propped open until he could come back later and close them. She had put extra security measures at the doorway, though, to be extra sure that no one would come back and try to steal things.
She hadn't finished them just yet, as she was awaiting her intern. And ah, there she was now. Pepper set down the clipboard that she'd been using with her belly as a table, and smiled warmly at the girl, "Hello, hello, welcome." She offered her hand too, "I'm Pepper." She could call her Pepper. Mrs. Roderick was too formal. |
