It figured his brother would break his wand the summer before David FINALLY got to go to Hogwarts. His dad had finally agreed, and of course Phil then decided to steal his wand and break it for NO good reason. Psh. So lame.

But at least he could get another one. That was what this place was for. To get a new wand when your old one got randomly destroyed.

So he walked in and this was where he was supposed to go first, right? Seemed so since the magic measuring tape thing was now flying around him and measuring his face and arms. Sort of weird, but eventually it was done. Or seemed to be. So now he just had to wait?
