I haven’t been in an actual home in years.” Seven years actually. Her parents gave her away when she was eight because of their fear of her. She hugged him again and smiled, “Thank you, Dylan…” She smiled.

Was it really wrong of Annaleecia to not want to hear how horrible it was to actually have parents?
