"Lolita! Why thank you, but don't you know?" she paused, smiling. "Black is everyone's colour. And its very slimming too."
Looking up and down at her friend's own outfit, she nodded, "And you're looking quite shining yourself. You have a grand term, dear?"
No, black was certainly NOT everyone's colour. She had seen far too many people that looked frightfully hideous in it.
"See if I compliment you again any time soon, chica!" she smirked.
"But you really don't need slimming, dear. Don't let that MAN make you think otherwise, either." Hmph. Just like a man, that would be.
Shining? No no, SPARKLING. To match her luminous personality, no?
"It was certainly different than field work, being back in an academic setting. But I was still able to pursue my studies in my own way." Not that she'd ever talk about that with anyone here, least of all Fina.
"But I must admit, regular access to a full washroom was certainly well received." She smiled easily.
"Now we just have to see what Anastasia says about my return next year." Quote:

Ah, here was a colleague she had not really gotten to know, given that he had only been well for a small portion of time after her later arrival. But clearly he was not as well-versed in Arithmancy as his cherished books if he thought she was merely teaching numbers.
"Arithmancy, you mean?" she said with a hint of derision.
"Yes, I found the environment suitable and the students relatively agile of mind." For teenagers.
