Through the standard means and secure delivery postage channels, a very important piece of owl mail is placed on the Magical Games and Sports Department Head's desk. The missive is on special letterhead and sealed with a lime green wax seal.

To whom it may concern:

This is a missive concerning an employee of Level 7, the British Magical Games and Sports division.

When Ms. Maroon arrived to her evaluation at her scheduled time, she’d been made to wait by Ministry Head Healer, Bradley Donovan. When I arrived to help with some of these very important evaluations, Ms. Maroon proceeded to throw insults and swears. When I personally handed her a potion to deal with the explicit episode, her response was to throw the potion to the ground and storm off.

I think it would be best if she were made to take this potion and possibly be put on a weekly dosage until we can see signs of improvement. An alternative treatment would be relaxation activities, such as painting or zen gardening.
