He knew she could not keep her hands off of him and yet he went. In Adi's opinion, Benny liked the other twin.
"Didn't know you won the House Cup by yourself, AJ,'' the Hufflepuff said and prodded her on the shoulder. Too bad Hufflepuff hadn't won again. Puffers be slack this term. Oh well. There was always next term. "Enjoy it while it lasts because we're taking the Cup back next year.'' Hehe.
So could he have the hand back? It wasn't like he could ask that out loud. How weird that would be. "Please, AJ, could I hold your incredibly soft hands again?'' Uh noooo. Even in his head that sounded weird. And why in the world was he so worked up about hand holding? Both him and AJ knew he only considered her a friend.
She didn't have to look where Adi was pointing because she already knew who he was talking about, and exactly where they were sitting. Still, she looked over and saw that Angel was practically throwing herself at Benny. Goodness, AJ would feel like a fool if she was in her sister's shoes.
"Do you really think he likes her?" No use asking if Angel liked Benny because anybody with eyes could see that she did.
AJ laughed because Adi had jokes.
"Maybe not all by myself, but I was the third best one in Gryffindor." So she played a major role in having the house cup.
"Yeah right, that cup is staying with us." There would be no such thing as another house taking their cup. AJ placed her hand on his shoulder and tried to look sympathetic.
"I'm sorry that you don't get to be apart of the best house ever." No, really she was.
She wondered what it was that he was thinking about. It seemed like he was having some intense thoughts over there.
"Whatcha thinking about?" Maybe he was just ready for the food. AJ knew that she sure was.
"Are you going to stay and eat over here?" Come to think of it, she was a bit surprised that Abby didn't come over to say hello. It was easier for one sister to come over to the two other ones. It was practical.
