"The writing" he said as he pointed at the desk. "How'd you do that?" he folded his arms as he leaned against the desk but then remembered that the only way out of detention was by being polite. He sighed heavily as he added a "Professor....Headmistress....whatever.."

Kevin turned his gaze away from the Headmistress and looked at the door as he heard the click-clack of high heels echoing through the dungeons. Then he heard that the locks on the door were being messed with, the click-clack person probably wanted to get in but it wasn't going too smoothly. The boy bit his lower lip as he tried not to laugh at the image of whoever was on the other side trying to unlock the spells and locks on the door.

When the door opened and the History of Magic Professor appeared , the boy had his cocky grin back. "Wow that took you long enough, don't you even know HOW to open locks?" he tsked and laughed and then he remembered the Headmistress was in the room as well.

He rolled his eyes. "Just joking, okay! i can joke right?" he asked.
