Unforgivably Cursed | adultescent It wasn't a long journey from Level Seven to the atrium - one that she felt no need for the lifts, not that she ever took them anyway after the incident a couple years ago. Nearly everywhere she needed to go in the Ministry that was not on her level found her taking the stairs which she could thank in part for her toned calves. But it was a long enough journey for Mariel to toss about a few questions in her mind as she made her way to the Department Head's office. Questions like why this was found to be necessary and why it was sprung upon her that these.. evaluations needed to happen today. Did people think they truly had nothing to do on Level Seven that they could just drop what they're doing at the whim of some healers?
She didn't know what Cresswell or Mungo's was even thinking, but that was why she was going to seek out the Department Head so he could explain to her for himself. She did note that the letter was from St. Mungo's and not from him, which she found slightly odd, but it did mention Anthony by name, so he obviously had some hand in it. Though she would do her best to not be so quick to jump to conclusions. Taking a deep breath to quell her annoyance, she raised her fist to knock purposefully on his door.
