The misunderstanding? Cassie thought for a moment, "Oh yes our fist lesson together. Well I am certainly sure we are both past that. It was just a misunderstanding." She knew that from the start so she never had taken it too personally.
Though the something for her had sparked her attention. She loved surprises. Shifting her weight not to be leaning against the door way a little surprise look on her face. "You do? Well Miss Cambridge you have my full attention."
Lex gave a polite shake of her head.
"I'm on an all chocolate diet Ma'am." Hot chocolate, chocolate frogs, fudge, mars bars, hershey, that sort of thing. Tea was usually too bland for her taste. Greens were alright for the next guy and Lottie was all for the stuff but she'd have to pass on that one.
"Reckon we are, Professor." Lex confirmed. Lex didn't waste her attention very much on the pass. She was more one to dwell in the present while trying to get some glimpses of future epicness.
"It's more a courtesy than anything else." Both to her and to Professor Airey who seemed to be of the impression the woman was torn about this but evidently she wasn't. Could almost classify as a wasted walk if she was fine but she was here already.
Before pulling the note out, Lex reached into her candy bag and pulled out a small wrapped back of
cauldron cakes. Next she fished the
note from the small front pocket and extended them both to her.
"You could enjoy those with your tea if you'd like." Far be it for her to tell Professor Smiles what to do with this stuff.
