"You're welcome, Buttress," She grinned at him assuming she just did him a favor. She would be so glad if someone had distracted her study and gave her a reason to close the book for a bit of time.
She was excited about her plans but was also worried about how helpful would they be. What if she could not find what she wanted to do? What if the traveling life sucked her in and she did not achieve what she wanted to. It was a risk. "I am not sure yet," She tapped a finger at the table considering, "It's going to be all around Europe, though," Not leaving the continent that was for sure.
Now, she liked his plans better because he loved Quidditch and knew he was very good at it. So he had a starting point. "That's nice, it'd be cool to see you back on a broom," She smiled remembering all the matches she'd attended and cheered in. Fun times! "Don't you miss it?" Probably a stupid question, though.
"
'Least we got more time for studying now, I guess." What with NEWTs being postponed and stuff. Theo still kinda wanted to get them out of the way but whatever.
Theo smiled finally. "
Good for you. That's one of those once in a lifetime things, right?" Also probably something that more people should do these days. "
You got absolutely no idea what to do career-wise, then?" It was difficult to pick something right now anyway. What if you changed your mind in a few years time? Theo didn't like the idea of being tied down to one thing for the rest of his life anyway, which made the idea of Quidditch perfect. What would he do when he was too old for that, though?
"
Haven't been on one for like, a whole year now." Basically meaning he was in no shape to start trying out for these massive teams but he just carried on telling himself it was his best option. It's not like university was on the cards. "
Yeah, sure I miss it. It's the only thing I'm good at in this place." His legacy as Head Boy certainly wouldn't be for being such a bright, little wizard now, would it?
