What was THAT supposed to mean?!

The boy tried to keep his glare directed at the woman but unconciously lowered it nervously when she "smiled". No matter how tough of an act Kevin had up , the Headmistress WAS kind of intimidating. While he looked down, the Gryffindor noticed that the writing had appeared on the desk again in the creepy crimson color but he didn't see the "polite" words.

He frowned and thought. And after a few moments he thought he knew what was going on. The writing only appeared when he was rude, maybe she was trying to show him what kind of words came out of his mouth? Ah he wanted to know! Kevin looked up again and frustratingly ran both of his hands through his hair and messed it up. The reason why he did that was because he KNEW how he would get information on why and how the woman was writing that. Be polite. ARGH so frustrating! Totally not his style!

When she greeted him, Kevin took a deep breath and decided to play along. "I'm" ....HOW'D YOU THINK I'M DOING? GETTING LOCKED UP WASN'T REALLY PART OF MY PLAN TODAY YOU KNOW?! "okay" It had to be visible on his facial expressions that he had difficulty staying polite.

Instead of asking how she was, because he honestly wasn't interested, he immediately jumped to the more important question. "can i ask a question, prof..." aargh he hated this! "Profe...ssor?"
